Garrison Brothers Honey Dew Texas Honey Infused Bourbon

Award-winning Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey, infused with Burleson’s Texas Wildflower Honey, resulting in a smooth, light bourbon with a sweet honey finish. Distillery's Master Distiller transformed used bourbon barrels into small, wooden cubes that were immersed in honey. After fully absorbing it, they were placed in the belly of a stainless-steel tank, letting the bourbon soak up those delicious honey flavors every single day for seven months.

Another outstanding 13 year old pick, this time in collaboration with The Prime Barrel. Bottled at 100 proof, it has a nice dark amber color and great legs. The bourbon comes straight to the point with a sweet vanilla nose and prominent oak. The palate is warm with banana (which is awesome and unusual, invoking the sticker theme for it), honey, caramel, and buttery smooth vanilla. The finish is dry and spicy with lingering pepper and oak notes.

Stellum Straight Bourbon Whiskey

From the makers of Barrell Craft Spirits, Stellum Spirits launched a blend of straights at cask strength in the bourbon and rye categories. Stellum Bourbon is bottled at 114.98 proof (57.49% ABV) . The blend is focused on a 5–6-year-old IN/KY/TN profile using 3 different Indiana mash bills and includes barrels from 4-16 years old. While sourced from N/KY/TN whiskies, it is more Indiana than any expressions from the Barrell Craft Spirits. We also carry Stellum Rye.
